Executive Director
Debra SmithDebra Smith has served as the Executive Director of NPPS Foundation since 2004 and is the first full-time Director of this organization. She has presented at the National School Foundation Annual Convention in 2007 and has been selected to speak at the 2009 Convention in Dallas TX. She is a charter member of the National School Foundation Association and a five year member of the International Association of Fundraising Professionals. She has background in communications and marketing.
