At the North Platte Public Schools Foundation, we believe great teachers change lives. That’s why we invest in you.
Through classroom innovation, student support, and professional collaboration, the Foundation partners with educators to help every student reach their fullest potential.
Here’s how we help:
- Alumni Relations every alumni remembers a teacher that made a difference. Some NPHS alumni are teachers here now. Update your information CLICK HERE
- Business Partnerships connecting business with education through time, talent and treasures
- Employee Recognition someone in your building going above and beyond, share the information with your principal to nominate them for monthly recognition.
- Enrichment Opportunities are led by teachers to help students stay engaged during the school year (Homework Club) and learning over the summer break (July).
- Gordon Peeks Class Act Scholarship supports teachers that are furthering their education or receiving certification.
- Homework Clubs give elementary students a safe, focused space to learn after school with teacher-led support. This year will be coordinated with WORDS. If you want to be a tutor please notify Teaching & Learning. The Foundation will help with tutoring costs if needed.
- Prepared to Learn immediate assistance for students in need. (internal use only)
- REACH Grants provide funding for innovative classroom ideas that align with curriculum.
- Learn more and apply, after you have administrator approval
- Together We Give gives NPPS staff a simple way to support fellow educators and students through payroll deduction.
